Pumpkin Protein Brownie Bites

Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 C pumpkin puree
1/2 C creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 C oats (can sub with gluten free)
1 C whole wheat flour (or sub with gluten free)
2 eggs
1/2 C honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1/3 C chocolate chips (if using minis reduce to 1/4 C)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium size bowl combine pumpkin, peanut butter, eggs, honey, vanilla and protein powder. Beat with a hand mixer until well blended.
Stir in spices and oats, add flour last and mix until well combined.
Spray a 9x12 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Pour batter into dish and spread evenly, sprinkle chocolate chips on top (or you can mix them into the batter before spreading into the dish!)
Bake 15-20 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
