Hi, I'm Coach Mindy, a Nutritionist and Certified Menopause Specialist, and for the past 10 years I've helped women throughout the U.S. and Canada simplify food and fitness so they can achieve their health, fitness and weight loss goals using a simple, personalized and science-backed approach.
 
I understand where you are, because I was once there too. For years I struggled with diet and exercise. I tried it ALL, from restricting calories and food groups to adding on more and more exercise. It was time consuming, exhausting and often downright frustrating.

 

And it wasn't until I studied nutrition and exercise that I realized my approach to "healthy living" had been all wrong.

The truth is, t's not a lack of motivation, willpower, or even the effort you're putting in that's the problem. It's the diet.

Education & Experience
 

I offer a unique background, having worked as a preK-5 educator for 15 years, including contract work with youth and families. Growing up an athlete, I spent a great deal of my personal time learning about nutrition and exercise in an effort to strengthen my own wellness. And it led me to pursue my health science degree and personal trainer certification, eventually starting my own health and fitness company in 2013. Over the past 10+ years I've helped thousands of men and women achieve their goals, and I'm ready to help you do it too.
