I’m Coach Mindy — a Nutritionist and Certified Menopause Specialist with over 10 years of experience helping women in midlife cut through the confusion around food, fitness, and weight loss. My personalized, science-backed approach is designed to fit your body, lifestyle, and goals, so you can finally feel confident about what works for you.
I understand because I’ve been there. For years, I did what so many women do — restricting calories, cutting out food groups, and piling on workouts. It was exhausting, frustrating, and unsustainable.
When I studied nutrition and exercise, I realized my whole approach had been backwards. It’s not about eating less or exercising more — it’s about eating and moving smarter.
Then came perimenopause, and like many of the women I now coach, everything shifted again. The strategies that once worked stopped working. The weight — especially around my midsection — crept up, and nothing seemed to fix it. That’s when I went back to learning, diving deep into the science of midlife and menopause.
And what I discovered was eye-opening.
The Diet Industry loves to complicate weight loss.
I refuse to do that.
The truth is, we don’t need to punish ourselves with restriction or harder workouts. We need to focus on the right things for this stage of life — and that’s what I now help women do every day.

Education & Experience
I bring a unique blend of education, health, and fitness experience. Prior to opening my health & fitness company in 2013, I spent 15 years as a PreK–5 educator and in contract roles supporting youth and families. As a lifelong athlete, my passion for nutrition and exercise led me to earn a degree in Health Science, become a certified personal trainer, and gain hands-on experience working in physical therapy offices. For over a decade I’ve specialized in supporting women through menopause to achieve lasting fat loss, renewed energy, and improved confidence. After working with thousands of clients, I’m ready to help you reach your goals, too.
