I’m Coach Mindy — a Nutritionist and Certified Menopause Specialist with over a decade of experience helping women in midlife cut through the confusion around food, fitness, and weight loss.


My approach is personalized, science-backed, and designed to fit your body, your lifestyle, and your goals — so you can stop guessing and feel confident about what actually works for you. I don’t just understand this professionally — I understand it personally.


For years, I did what so many women do: restricting calories, cutting out food groups, and piling on workouts. It was exhausting, unhealthy, and completely unsustainable. 


Then along came perimenopause.


Like many of the women I now coach, everything shifted. The strategies that once worked stopped working. The weight — especially around my midsection — slowly crept up, and nothing I tried seemed to fix it.


That’s when I went back to learning — diving deep into the science of midlife and menopause.


And what I discovered changed everything.

You deserve a plan that fits your life —
not the other way around.

What I discovered is this: midlife progress doesn’t come from restriction, punishment, or harder workouts.


It comes from focusing on the right things for this stage of life — and letting go of what no longer serves you.

What works now is a simple, personalized, science-backed approach that supports your goals and your real life. One that works with your body, your hormones, your energy, and your schedule — not against them.


That’s exactly what I help women do every day: build confidence around food, create sustainable habits that truly support them, so they can reach their goals without the confusion, frustration, or overwhelm.

Education & Experience

I bring a unique blend of education, health, and fitness experience to my work.
Before opening my health and fitness company in 2013, I spent 15 years as a PreK–5 educator, supporting youth and families — an experience that deeply shaped how I coach, communicate, and meet people where they are.


As a lifelong athlete, my interest in nutrition and movement led me to earn a degree in Health Science, become a certified personal trainer, and gain hands-on experience working in physical therapy settings. Over time, my focus naturally shifted toward helping women navigate the physical and hormonal changes of midlife.


For more than a decade, I’ve specialized in supporting women through menopause — helping them achieve sustainable fat loss, renewed energy, and greater confidence through realistic, science-backed strategies. After working with thousands of clients, I’m excited to support you, too.


Fun fact: I’m also a published author and collaborated on the book 1 Habit for a Thriving Home Office, available on Amazon.
