I'm Coach Mindy, a Nutritionist and Certified Menopause Specialist, and for the past 10+ years I've helped women throughout the U.S. and Canada simplify food and fitness so they can reach their health, wellness, and weight loss goals using a simple, personalized and science-backed approach.
 
I understand where you are, because I was once there too. For years I struggled with diet and exercise. I tried EVERYTHING - from restricting calories and food groups to adding on more (and more) exercise. It was frustrating, time consuming, downright exhausting.

 

It wasn't until I studied nutrition and exercise that I realized my approach to "healthier" living was all wrong. You don't need to eat less and you don't need to exercise more. You need to eat and exercise smarter.

Then years later, like many of the women I'd coached, I was thrown into peri-menopause. And suddenly it all changed. The things I'd been doing for years stopped working. I tried SO MANY THINGS but the weight and belly fat just kept creeping up. So, once again, I studied. I took classes, listened to the experts and learned everything I could about this pivotal time of life. And what I discovered was mind blowing.

 

The truth: we don't need to restrict more, work harder, or make bigger sacrifices. We simply need to focus on the right things.  

It wasn't until I studied nutrition, exercise and later menopause, that I realized my approach was all wrong...

Education & Experience
 

I offer a unique background, having worked as a preK-5 educator for 15 years, including contract work with youth and families. Growing up an athlete, I spent a great deal of my personal time learning about nutrition and exercise in an effort to strengthen my own wellness. And it led me to pursue my health science degree and personal trainer certification, eventually starting my own health and fitness company in 2013. Over the past 10+ years I've helped thousands of men and women achieve their goals, and I'm ready to help you do it too.
