Hey there! I'm Coach Mindy and I understand where you are, because I was once there too...
I'm Mindy Garrett, a health & fitness coach with a Bachelors in Health Sciences, certified in Precision Nutrition and Personal Training, and I've helped hundreds of men and women throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe to lose weight, improve their health, get strong and fit.
Most people think you have to cut out all the foods you love and spend hours in the gym in order to live healthy. But who wants to live like that? Not me. And I'm guessing you don't either.
I know what it's like to feel frustrated, discouraged and overwhelmed by food and fitness. Coming from an athletic background, the pressure to stay 'fit' was overwhelming and there was a time before I became a health & fitness coach when I was confused about how and what to eat to manage my weight and wondered if I'd ever be able to get it 'right.' I spent hours in the gym and running every day, cutting out food groups, and dropping my calories crazy low... convinced that was the only way to stay fit.
It wasn't until I began studying nutrition and exercise that I realized my entire approach to "healthy living" was all wrong!
Today my approach to food and fitness is simple, balanced, and FUN. I use my own experience with food and fitness along with my education in exercise and nutrition to show men and women how to live healthier, lose weight and get stronger and fitter by practicing food and fitness balance, so that they can transform their health, bodies, and lives to thrive!
I'll teach you how to get healthy and fit with a personalized food and fitness plan that you can easily execute in your day-to-day life, so that you can create sustainable habits and reach your big, bold goals. Because when you practice healthy food balance and train smart, you can achieve results the way you actually want to live, and make it last.
