Hey there! I'm Coach Mindy and I understand where you are, because I was once there too...


I'm Mindy Garrett, a health & fitness coach with a Bachelors in Health Sciences, certified in Precision Nutrition and Personal Training, and I've helped men and women throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe to lose weight, improve their health, get strong and fit.


Most people think you have to drop your calories, cut out all the foods you love, and spend hours in the gym in order to get healthy and lose weight. But who wants to live like that? Not me. And I'm guessing you don't either. 

I know what it's like to feel confused, frustrated and overwhelmed by how to eat and exercise for weight loss. Coming from an athletic background, the pressure to stay 'fit' was overwhelming. I spent hours strength training in the gym and running every day. I tried dropping my calories, cutting out food groups, and saying no to FUN... convinced that was the only way to stay fit.


And I was wrong.

It wasn't until I began studying nutrition and exercise that I realized my entire approach to "healthy living" was all wrong!

Today my approach to food and fitness is simple, balanced, and FUN. And I use my own experience, along with education in nutrition and exercise, to help men and women lose weight, gain energy, get healthy and fit, so that they can become the best version of themselves -- without restrictive diets or hours of cardio.

I offer a unique background in education, business management, and entrepreneurship, with over 20 years of hands-on experience, including work with youth and families, developmental and supportive nutrition, injury rehab and prevention, and health & fitness program design.
