I love Fall — and everything that comes with it!
The air turns crisp, the trees burst into color, and cozy scents of cinnamon, nutmeg, apple, and pumpkin fill the air. It’s that beautiful time of year when comfort foods return and every sip or bite feels a little warmer and more nostalgic.
And of course, Fall means Pumpkin Spice Season!
If you’re craving something creamy, cozy, and packed with nutrients, this Healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is the perfect fall smoothie recipe to try. It’s rich, satisfying, and loaded with the goodness of real pumpkin — a delicious way to enjoy all those seasonal flavors while still keeping things light and nourishing.

I use this one daily for smoothies, soups, and quick midlife meals — it’s powerful, easy to clean, and lasts for years.

Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 banana
1/2 C pumpkin puree
1/2 - 1 C unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Add ice to desired thickness
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender
Pulse on medium high for approximately 2-3 minutes, adding ice as needed for desired thickness.
Did you know...
You can freeze those overripe bananas to use later? When you start to see those bananas start to go a little too brown simply peel and place them in a large ziplock bag and put them in the freezer to use later. It's a time and budget save!
