Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Updated: 5 days ago

I love Fall—and everything that comes with it.

The crisp air, changing leaves, and those cozy flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, apple, and pumpkin… it’s the season where everything just feels a little warmer and more comforting.

And of course—Pumpkin Spice season.

If you’re craving something creamy, cozy, and still supportive of your “eat better” goals, this healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is a perfect option.

Made with real pumpkin and a balanced mix of ingredients, it’s designed to be both satisfying and nourishing—helping support steady energy and fullness, which becomes even more important in midlife.

Whether you enjoy it for breakfast, post-workout, or as an afternoon pick-me-up, it’s a simple way to enjoy those seasonal flavors without overcomplicating things.

💡 Coach Mindy’s Tip: A good blender makes all the difference.

I use this one daily for smoothies, soups, and quick midlife meals — it’s powerful, easy to clean, and lasts for years.

  2. Pulse on medium high for approximately 2-3 minutes, adding ice as needed for desired thickness.

Did you know...

You can freeze those overripe bananas to use later? When you start to see those bananas start to go a little too brown simply peel and place them in a large ziplock bag and put them in the freezer to use later. It's a time and budget save!

Sip and Enjoy!
