Ingredients
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 C creamy peanut butter
1 C oats (can use gluten free)
1/3 C chopped walnuts
1/4 C honey
3 Tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 - 1.5 tsp. cinnamon (I like to add a bit more...I love my cinnamon!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non stick cooking oil (I like to use my mini loaf baking tray, you can also use a regular muffin tray minus the paper liners)
In a medium size bowl mix all ingredients together with a fork until well blended
Pour mixture into baking pan or spoon into a mini loaf or muffin tray
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes (or until edges are golden brown and toothpick comes out clean)
Eat And Enjoy!
