Flavor Infused Water is so easy to make. Simply choose your favorite fruits and vegetables, add in a few fun herbs and/or spices, let sit in a large pitcher or container for at least one hour and then sip, sip, sip!


There are all kinds of health benefits of flavor infused water aside from hydration. By using a variety of fruits, vegetables, spices and seasonings, including reduced food cravings, you're able to naturally boost immunity, reduce belly bloat, prevent heartburn, regulate healthy blood sugar and more!

Citrus

  • Lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, tangerine

Berries

  • Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries

Melons

  • Cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon

Miscellaneous Fruits / Vegetables

  • Cucumber, apple, pear, kiwi, pineapple, mango, grapes, pomegranate

Herbs & Spices

  • Mint, basil, ginger, sage, rosemary, cinnamon




Below is one of my favorite Flavor Infused Water creations! Great for refreshing, rejuvenating and promoting a healthy glow from the inside out!



The Refresher

Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon, sliced

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/2 orange, sliced

  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh mint leaves

  • 10-12 C cold water

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the lemon, cucumber and orange and add to a large pitcher.

  2. Add fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.

  3. Add 10 (or more) cups of cold water, stir well with a large spoon.

  4. Marinate for 3-4 hours for optimal flavor enhancement.
