Flavor Infused Water

If plain water just isn’t cutting it, flavor infused water is a simple way to make hydration feel a lot more enjoyable.


By adding fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs, you can create a refreshing drink that not only tastes great, but also helps support your overall hydration — something that plays a bigger role than most people realize, especially in midlife.


Staying well hydrated can support energy levels, digestion, and even help with managing cravings throughout the day.


The best part? It’s incredibly easy to make. Just combine your favorite ingredients, let them infuse, and enjoy.


Simple, refreshing, and a small habit that can make a big difference.



Flavor infused water

If you've never made your own flavor infused water before, don't worry! I've got you covered!


Below are few fan favorite flavor enhancing fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices to help get you started as well as a one of our favorite recipes for you to enjoy while unit you come up with your own.


Play with flavor combinations and indulge the senses! It's time to channel your inner artisan and discover a new fun way to hydrate!

Citrus

  • Lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, tangerine

Berries

  • Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries

Melons

  • Cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon

Miscellaneous Fruits / Vegetables

  • Cucumber, apple, pear, kiwi, pineapple, mango, grapes, pomegranate

Herbs & Spices

  • Mint, basil, ginger, sage, rosemary, cinnamon




Below is one of my favorite Flavor Infused Water creations! Great for refreshing, rejuvenating and promoting a healthy glow from the inside out!



The Refresher

Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon, sliced

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/2 orange, sliced

  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh mint leaves

  • 10-12 C cold water

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the lemon, cucumber and orange and add to a large pitcher.

  2. Add fresh mint leaves to the pitcher.

  3. Add 10 (or more) cups of cold water, stir well with a large spoon.

  4. Marinate for 3-4 hours for optimal flavor enhancement.


There are so many fun combinations out there that you really can't go wrong! Have fun playing with color, flavor, and enjoying new spice varietals. Say goodbye to boring old water and hello to tasty flavor infused water and reap the wellness benefits!
