Banana Soft Serve

Warm outside? Craving a sweet treat? Want a quick and easy snack to satisfy without compromising your health goals? Try whipping up a batch of rich and creamy Banana Soft Serve! With one main ingredient and a few healthy opt-ins you'll be enjoying this homemade ice cream in no time flat! I scream, you scream, let's all scream for Ice Cream!


  • 4 frozen bananas (be sure to peel prior to freezing!)

  • 1/4 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or low fat milk of choice)

Optional add-ins

  • 1 Tbsp natural creamy peanut butter (can also use powdered)

  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Place frozen bananas in a food processor or Vitamix.

  2. Pulse several times on low to medium speed to break banana into smaller chunks.

  3. Add any opted add ins and blend all ingredients on medium - high, pausing to stir occasionally, for approximately 3-5 minutes (or until nice and smooth).

  4. Once the mixture has become smooth it is ready to serve!

Tip - not quite "frozen" enough? Scoop into a small bowl and place in the freezer an additional 10-15 minutes prior to serving.
