Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Looking for a sweet treat to enjoy on a hot summer day?
Summer is a great time of year to pick up some fresh strawberries and whip up a batch of this simple Strawberry Yogurt Bark!
Loaded with protein, calcium, vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants, this tasty bark really satisfies!
And it's such a simple recipe, you can mix and match flavors by adding in different fruits, nuts, seeds and even some spice!

Ingredients
3 C low--fat plain Greek yogurt
1 & 1/2 - 2 C strawberries, sliced
2 Tbsp natural honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 C mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Rinse and dry strawberries.
Pour yogurt in a medium size mixing bowl, add honey and vanilla and mix.
Gently fold sliced berries into the yogurt mixture to coat well.
Evenly spread the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer until solid (approximately 1 hour).
Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break frozen bark into pieces.
Store bark in a an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week!
