Strawberry Yogurt Bark

This Strawberry Yogurt Bark is a simple, refreshing option made with fresh strawberries and creamy yogurt—perfect when you want something cool, satisfying, and just a little sweet.


It’s naturally rich in protein, calcium, vitamin C, and antioxidants, making it a great way to support your energy and keep you feeling full between meals (something that becomes even more important in midlife).


One of the best parts? It’s incredibly easy to customize. Add your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, or even a sprinkle of cinnamon to make it your own.

Strawberry Yogurt Bark


Ingredients

  • 3 C low--fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 & 1/2 - 2 C strawberries, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp natural honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 C mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Rinse and dry strawberries.

  2. Pour yogurt in a medium size mixing bowl, add honey and vanilla and mix.

  3. Gently fold sliced berries into the yogurt mixture to coat well.

  4. Evenly spread the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer until solid (approximately 1 hour).

  6. Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break frozen bark into pieces.


Store bark in a an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week!
