Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Looking for a sweet eat treat you can share with the whole family? It's a great time of year to grab some flesh blueberries and whip up a batch of some yummy StrawberryYogurt Bark!
Loaded with protein, calcium, vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants strawberry bark not only tastes good, it's good for you too. Such a basic recipe you can easily get creative by adding more fruit, or a bit of spice.

Ingredients
3 C low--fat plain Greek yogurt
1 & 1/2 - 2 C strawberries, sliced
2 Tbsp natural honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 C mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Rinse and dry strawberries.
Pour yogurt in a medium size mixing bowl, add honey and vanilla and mix.
Gently fold sliced berries into the yogurt mixture to coat well.
Evenly spread the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer until solid (approximately 1 hour).
Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break frozen bark into pieces.
Store bark in a an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week!
