1/2 tsp. fresh dill, thyme, or rosemary (to taste)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut 2 sheets of aluminum foil for grilling (or baking) packets.
Divide asparagus into 2 portions, layer each bundle down the center of your foil packets.
Combine the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Lightly top each asparagus bundle with 1 tsp. of the oil and garlic mixture.
Rinse salmon fillets and lay each fillet over the bed of asparagus in your foil packet.
Top each salmon fillet with the remaining olive oil and garlic mixture.
Sprinkle fresh dill, rosemary or thyme atop each fillet (approximately 1/4 tsp. on each fillet)
Top with lemon slices and close each packet, sealing with a bit of room for baking.
Place pouches directly on the grill (or bake in the oven on the middle rack) for 20-30 minutes. Tip - fish is ready to enjoy when it has turned a nice dark pink and flakes easily when pierced with a fork.
