If you’re a chocolate lover but don’t want to overcomplicate things in the kitchen, these 4 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins are for you.
They’re rich, chocolatey, and incredibly simple to make—no complicated steps or baking experience required. Just a handful of ingredients and you’ve got a satisfying treat ready to go.
What I love most about recipes like this is that they can easily fit into a balanced approach to eating. Pair one with fresh fruit or Greek yogurt and you’ve got a more complete, satisfying option for breakfast or a snack.
Because in midlife, it’s not about cutting out the foods you enjoy—it’s about building meals in a way that actually keeps you full and energized.
Simple, delicious, and realistic for everyday life.

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 C natural creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3-4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas with a fork and set aside.
Scoop peanut butter into a medium size bowl and warm in microwave for approximately 30 seconds (on medium-high heat)
Add mashed banana to warmed peanut butter, then add vanilla and unsweetened cocoa, stir until well combined (batter will be slightly lumpy due to banana)
Scoop batter into a lined muffin tray and bake for 15-20 min. (or until toothpick comes out clean)
Remove tray from the oven, allow muffins to cool 10 minutes before serving.
Eat and Enjoy!
