4 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/2 C natural creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

  • 3-4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mash bananas with a fork and set aside.

  3. Scoop peanut butter into a medium size bowl and warm in microwave for approximately 30 seconds (on medium-high heat)

  4. Add mashed banana to warmed peanut butter, then add vanilla and unsweetened cocoa, stir until well combined (batter will be slightly lumpy due to banana)

  5. Scoop batter into a lined muffin tray and bake for 15-20 min. (or until toothpick comes out clean)

  6. Remove tray from the oven, allow muffins to cool 10 minutes before serving.

Eat and Enjoy!
