I'm a nutritionist with a Bachelors in Health Sciences, certified in Precision Nutrition and Personal Training and I've helped men and women throughout the U.S. and Canada lose weight, gain energy and live healthy, so they can feel and function their best!
I'll show you how to eat and exercise for lasting weight loss, using a blend of balanced eating, real life nutrition, and mindset and motivation strategies, so that you can improve your relationship with food and lose weight the way you actually want to live.
Because in my experience, personally and professionally, if you want to lose weight and keep it off, the road you take to get there must be simple, realistic and FUN!
