Hi, I'm Coach Mindy!

I'm a nutritionist with a Bachelors in Health Sciences, certified in Precision Nutrition and Personal Training and for the past ten years I've helped men and women throughout the U.S. and Canada eat better and workout smarter so they feel and function their best!


I'll show you how to create balanced food and fitness habits for lasting weight loss, so you can confidently lose the weight and never be left alone to try and figure out weight loss again.
