I'm a nutritionist with a Bachelors in Health Sciences, certified in Precision Nutrition and Personal Training and I've helped women throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe lose weight, gain energy, get healthy and fit, so that they can become the best version of themselves!


I'll show you how to eat and exercise for healthy weight loss, using real-life nutrition, with a simple and realistic approach, and mindset and motivation strategies for the best results. Because in my experience, personally and professionally, if you want to lose weight and keep it off, the road you take to get there must be simple, realistic and FUN!
