I'm a certified certified Precision Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Health & Wellness, and an author with an extensive background in business and education. I founded Mind + Body Elite on a mission to help others live healthy and happy by giving them the tips, tools and strategies they need to achieve their goals and live their best lives.
I will teach you how to make getting strong, losing weight and feeling great a reality, one small step at a time.
