Small Group Evening Fitness Classes - just $25 a class!

Where pride is earned, calories are burned and friends are made for life!

Small group fitness class
  • 60 min. evening classes offered Monday through Thursday, from 6-7pm

  • Receive guided instruction in a small group setting

  • Class sizes limited to 6 participants

  • Modifications provided for beginner, intermediate and more advanced fitness levels

  • Experience fun, energizing and effective fitness routines

  • Benefit from an empowering community of social support

  • Enjoy a variety of themed workouts throughout the year – such as the 12th man, 80’s night, ladies night, holiday fitness, and more!

  • All new clients complete a Health & Fitness Assessment to promote safe and effective fitness progression
