3 bananas, mashed
1/3 C unsweetened applesauce
2 C oatmeal (can opt for gluten free)
1/4 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 C dried cranberries (or raisins, dates, etc.)
1 & 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium size bowl combine mashed banana with wet ingredients, then add cinnamon and mix well with a fork.
Add oatmeal and stir until well combined.
Spread mixture into a 12x12 baking dish (lightly coat if using a metal pan vs. glass baking dish)
Bake 20 minutes (or until lightly golden brown)
Remove from oven and cool for at least 5 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
